Process Manager - Sewage Treatment Plant Construction Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of grading processes for the sewage treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve process performance and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor process engineers and design team members, providing guidance on technical aspects and best practices in process design.
• Develop and maintain documentation for process design specifications, operational procedures, and project reports.
• Analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with project managers and external subcontractors to ensure alignment on design objectives and project timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance process design methodologies and tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to further project goals.

Requirements:

• A degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process design, preferably within wastewater treatment or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, process optimization, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
