职位描述

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for product purchase of responsible category.
  • Prepare annual product purchase planning and direct report to Business Manager.
  • Order follow-up and enquires including liaison with suppliers, to ensure on-time shipment delivery for the orders.
  • Review and assess the price, production capacity, quality, and delivery date of suppliers.
  • Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Review and enhance sales performance of relative category.
  • Provide standard product display and maintenance guideline for shop operation.
  • Maintain good collaboration with front line staff with high participation in daily sales operation.
  • Manage the product catalogue and support ad hoc projects.
  • Need to station at shop.
  • Business trip is required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant working experience, gained in merchandising and buying field with shipping knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
  • With strong interest and sensitivity in retail market.
  • Self-motivated, independent and willing to take challenge.
  • Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart"
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Category Officer

Location and Time

  • Prince Edward Flower Market / 10:00-19:00 (7 rest days per month, on shift)
