Product Manager / Assistant Manager - Marketing

What you’ll be doing?

• Feasibility study for new models
• Manage PSI through regular meeting with sales team to review, fix and expedite the target
• Prepare product budgeting plan to achieve overall company budget
• Work out product roadmap for current and new product development for better control and coordination with business counterparts
• Manage PSI through regular meeting with sales team to review, fix and expedite the target
• Define price strategy for products. (Positioning, Cost and profit management)
• Collect market intelligence via sales team, promoter & market research data (GfK) to react promptly of market changes
• Ensure & monitor product compliance and quality with time to time review and meetings with Service team & factories
• Work closely with A & PR team for product branding and promotion activities
• Prepare reports and analysis related sales & marketing performance and future product planning
• Regular inter-departmental meetings for cross information sharing and problem solving
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
   

Who are we looking for?

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing, preferably with experience in product development planning of home appliances
• Good management of Purchase, Sales & Inventory control (PSI)
• Strong marketing sense, creativity, problem-solving and decision making ability
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills with good command of Chinese and English
• Willing to travel overseas and manage to communicate well with different nationalities
• Capable to take up challenges and work under pressure & overtime
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
