Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Be responsible to the Construction Manager, Quality Manager and Site Agent and assist them in performing their duties.
• Attend contract meetings, moring assembly of DMO(s) or the like on every working day.
• Submit record and record photos
• Attend the DMO at least twice a day (in the morning & afternoon) and sign in the Contractors attendance Book.
• Conduct surprise check and ensure all workers wear ID/ uniform and use tools, equipment and personal protective equipment properly.

Requirements

• Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with Min. 1 year experience in maintenance or Grade T1 (TCP) plus 5 years maintenance experience
• Certificate of Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CICTA preferred);
• fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable.
