Project Executive

At Market Trend Interactive Solution Ltd., we operate a high end interactive solution business from Hong Kong. In order to operate efficiently in the Asia market place, we need a high efficient team that can meet both our needs and more importantly our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, technical, and sales to conceptualize and plan innovative interactive experiences, digital exhibitions, and event installations
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and handling enquiries or issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide on-site support during installation and execution of exhibitions and events (occasional evening or weekend work may be required)
• Conduct post-project reviews with the team to evaluate performance and suggest improvements
• Support the team with other marketing or presentation materials when needed (e.g., client proposals, decks, etc.)

Requirements

• 1 year or above solid experience in Digital marketing / Mobile application industry / Event / Exhibition
• Presentable, self motivated, passionate to work in event industry and aiming for on-going self growth
• Able to work closely with fellow team members as well as independently with initiative
• Detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule, interested in exploring digital platforms
• Good in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chi & Eng typing skill etc
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
