Project Manager - Electrical

Job Duties: 

• Responsible for supervising on Engineering Project which includes Cabling and antenna installation, Electrical Works
• Coordinating and preparations of all kinds of technical submissions/reports to clients if necessary
• Preparation of work schedule and monitor the progress
• Work out a workable plan with Client and describe scope of work to Foreman for project implementation
• Preparation of project document, engineering drawing and submission

Job Requirements:

• Post graduate or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Service or Project Management are preferred
• 10 years or above experience of electrical installation with 5 years in residential
• Capable to Microsoft Office
• Good commands of English and Chinese languages
• Good communication skills, Leadership skill and Time management
• Holder of valid green card and REW C
• Holder of Safety training certificate
• Experience with housing job is an advantage
