Project Manager

About the role

Hopstech Industries Ltd., a leading engineering and technology firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Kwun Tong Kwun Tong District. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to align on project goals and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with the broader engineering and operations teams to continuously improve project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and quality assurance processes
