Project Manager

Summary of the position

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage a variety of project implementation work (BMS & IoT Systems) to support our continuously surging project demand.

Project Manger's responsibilities include managing multiple projects, on-site project supervision and various project management tasks, working under the supervision of the Project Directors. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Key Qualifications

• Masters/BEng graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline;
• Quick learner, self-motivated, well-organized and are able to work under pressure;
• Outstanding time management skills;
• Hands on experience with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD;
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• At least 5 years work experience on related field

Specific duties

• On site supervision or monitoring tasks;
• To work on software system setup & configuration;
• Co-ordinates with clients, consultants, property management office, sub-contractors, etc. for project implementation
