We are a Hong Kong company with over 35 years of experience in providing high quality plastic manufacturing solutions from Product Design and Engineering, Project Management, Tool Making, Injection Molding, Decoration and Product Assembly.

We are serving globally renowned product manufacturers from a wide variety of industries such as Power tools, Home appliances, Personal care, Home security, Industrial electrical and electronics, Automotive and Hygiene industries from our manufacturing sites located in Dongguan, PRC and Dong Nai, Vietnam.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for management of assigned projects through all phases of manufacturing including Tooling, Pre-Production and Production to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, meets product quality requirements and exceeds customer expectations.
• Drives day-to-day activities to meet the overall project objectives.
• Act as the main contact window for the client for all activities related to the assigned project and ensure that all issues are handled professionally, promptly and proactively.
• Leads regular internal and external team meetings to review weekly tasks, issues and risks.
• Work closely with engineers, stakeholders and decision-makers from client and internal teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Be a pro-active leader and anticipate engineering, manufacturing and quality issues and follow-through to identify and implement solutions.
• Must be able to work on and lead multiple projects in parallel.

Requirements:

• Engineering diploma or above.
• Strong technical or engineering background.
• Demonstrated successful completion and launch of numerous manufacturing projects.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in project management role gained from Plastics industry.
• Detailed knowledge of the product development cycle as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, tools and strategies.
• Must be able to work under pressure, attention to detail and a good problem solver.
• Locals and expats are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Work from Dongguan factory from Mon to Fri. Dormitory is provided by the company. Half day work on Sat in Hong Kong office.
• Company provides shuttle bus for travel to and from Shenzhen border.
