Main Job Duties:
 Provides administrative support and coordination to IT projects and teams.

• Prepare and maintains project documentation including project schedules, status reports, and meeting schedules.
• Co-ordinates logistics for project activities.
• Co-ordinate to relevant parties or bodies when necessary.
• Occasionally need to assist on sales operation (email/quote/invoicing follow up).
• Provide assistant task to Managing Director

Skills Requirements:

• Computer Knowledge is an advantage
• Chinese & English reading / writing is a must
• Cantonese Speaking Preferred but not a must
• 1-year related experiences. Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organised skills and able to multi task

Salary – HKD 14,000 – 21,000 (based on experiences)
Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Time:9am – 6pm
