QA Manager

Responsibilities :

• Conduct product studies and research product specifications regarding quality, safety, and reliability demands
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant international safety and quality standards
• Responsible for managing product test plan with associated product specifications and customer requirement
• Evaluate new products to ensure full compliance with defined legal and quality requirement
• Conduct product performance, endurance and reliability testing together with our other Engineering personnel
• Provide appropriate coaching and training to quality management and staffs
• Review and improve measurement systems

 Requirements :

• University Degree in Quality management, industrial engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA management gained from large manufacturer, with 3 years in managerial position
• Well experience in QA and testing laboratory operation, quality tools application
• Excellent management and communication skill and problem solving, analytical and decision making
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly prefer
• Willing to station in Indonesia Plant
