QA Officer / Assistant QA Officer

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine on line and finished food/water/beverage products inspection at various stages on the production line to comply ISO/HACCP policy;

- Assist in implementing and maintain the documentation system and quality management system;

- Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with required standard.

Requirements:

- Higher diploma, degree holder or above in Pharmachy, Pharmaceutical , Food Science or related disciplines;

- 2 years or above related exp. ( less exp and qualification to be considered as Assistant Officer); 

- Solid experience and knowledge in handling ISO22000 and HACCP requirements;

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese

- Work location : Tai Po Industrial Estate ( free shuttle bus at Tai Po MTR station is provided)

- Working hours : Mon-Fri 0845 -1800,  Alernate Sat 0845 -1300
