Receptionist (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Fluent in Cantonese is a must
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• On-job training

Responsibilities :

• Handle telephone inquiries and greet visitors in polite manner;
• Manage e-mails and e-fax from external parties;
• Provide general administration and clerical support to HR dept, including filing documents;
• Responsible for preparing staff attendance records, absense reports and monthly reports;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Office hour

Requirements :

• Form 5 graduates or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Cheerful disposition with positive attitude;
• Polite, good telephone manner and customer oriented;
• A team player with good organization and interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
