Job Description

  • Assist the Retail Manager in ensuring efficient store operations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Aggregate data on sales, operations, and store activities to generate reports for the Retail Manager; offer recommendations for enhancing store sales and operations
  • Provide support for administrative duties, such as ordering supplies and stationery, renewing service licenses, coordinating repair services, and managing expenses
  • Aid in the opening, renovation, and closing of stores. To ensure the logistics team timely deliveries
  • Prepare and review monthly rosters for store teams to guarantee operations run smoothly in line with business requirements
  • Act as a liaison among various departments to promote effective communication and ensure seamless operations
  • Perform regular store visits to assist in applying best practices aimed at maximizing operational efficiency
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and support

Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Retail / F&B industry
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independent
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
