Job Summary: As a Retail Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will collaborate with Area Managers and other teams to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail strategies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee sales performance, ensuring that all stores meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead customers experience programs, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to service standards.
  • Coordinate staffing issues including talent acquisition and development.
  • Manage inventory levels in conjunction with the SCM team to ensure optimal stock across all stores.
  • Prepare and control the budget, optimizing expenses and ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Retail Operations or a similar managerial role within the retail sector
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of retail management software and databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
