Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee our four retail stores in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for staff management, including scheduling, training, and incentive programs, ensuring a positive working environment that aligns with our family-oriented values.
Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Staff Management:
- Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all stores.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any concerns.
2.⁠ ⁠Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and store policies.
- Identify training needs and implement ongoing training programs for existing staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
3.⁠ ⁠Incentive Programs:
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate staff and drive sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance to enhance team morale.
4.⁠ ⁠Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all staff members provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and family-friendly shopping environment.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
5.⁠ ⁠Sales and Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
6.⁠ ⁠Visual Merchandising:
- Work with the team to ensure that stores are visually appealing and maintain brand standards.
- Implement promotional displays and seasonal setups to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management or a related field is a plus.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a family-oriented or concept store environment.
•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
