Sales - Account Manager / Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales - Account Manager / Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Flytech Technology (HK) Ltd'. This full-time role will be based in Kowloon Bay Kwun Tong District and will play a key part in expanding our business development efforts within the Sales industry.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and reach out to new prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or New Business Development industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and meet client needs
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach to work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
