Job Description

  • Provide the clerical support to sales team
  • Sales order processing & follow up the order delivery and logistic arrangement
  • Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded in the system timely and accurately
  • Maintain accurate stock balance record and coordinate with inventory planning
  • Assist the Sales Manager to handle clients enquires & sales promotion activities
  • Prepare and update sales reports
  • handle ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE graduated or above
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sales and Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Responsible, meticulous, independent and self-motivated, with good communication skills and able to work on multi-tasks
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
