Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

• Develop sales strategies to grow our client base;
• Engage and collaborate with customers to achieve sales targets with sustainable growth;
• Organize products and sales presentation and other promotional events to enhance sales achievement;
• Conduct sales analysis and prepare sales reports to the management;
• Lead and drive the team and build strong relationships with clients;
• Accountable for sales targets and profitability of the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-8 years relevant experience in sales, preferably in home appliances industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Manager)
• Good knowledge in home appliances, especially Air-Conditioners
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Independent, highly self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with good spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
