What We Expect from You

• Implement and drive business development and sales strategies to expand our presence in the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively following up on leads and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development and sales efforts with product and marketing initiatives.

How We Imagine You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Background in the Education industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a start-up environment.

Less experience candidates may be considered for an Executive or Assistant Manager role.
