Senior Finance Manager

• Oversee all financial accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury function etc.

• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to the management

• Participate in special projects

• Responsible for the annual report and interim report

• Liaise with professional parties including auditors, valuers, bankers etc.

• Ensure compliance with all the requirements as set out in the Listing Rules under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Companies Ordinance and relevant compliance regulations

• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Member of HKICPA or other equivalent qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines

• Over 10 years’ solid experience in accounting/auditing/transaction service, preferably gained from listed companies and/or Big 4 audit firms

• Conversant with accounting standards, tax matters and listing rules

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Independent, proactive, meticulous with good people management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/PowerBI

• Occasional travel to the PRC as and when required
