Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product development, lab testing and production follow up
• Monitor daily merchandising flow from quotation, development to production
• Participate in price negotiation, liaison with customers  on various stages of samples development, orders processing to shipments
• Follow sample and production orders to ensure quality standards and enhance customers satisfaction
• Follow-up orders with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working closely with production team to ensure the quality and on-time delivery
• Providing full support to merchandising team and orders follow-up work

Requirements

• DSE / fresh graduate will also be considered
• 1 - 3 years merchandising experience in a toys manufacturer is definitely advantage
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Merchandiser
• Solid experience in product development and order arrangement
• Demonstrate high sense of initiative, hardworking, responsibility, and self motivated
• Ability to work in dynamic working environment, independent and mature, can work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
