(Senior) Product Development Officer

Let’s Work Together

• Liaise with suppliers for house brand product development and follow up on the production schedule
• Develop product assortment plans
• Work with designers on the product concept
• Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turn those insights into product design and development elements
• Work closely and independently with factories on sampling, costing, and production follow-up
• Manage factories on price negotiation, product quality, and bulk delivery
• Communicate effectively with external and internal parties

We Are Looking For

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 5 years of working experience in product development handling
• Experience in eyewear is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Attentive to details, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
