Senior Project Manager/Project Manager (New Position)

Who you will work for:

• MIW is an award-winning, SGS certified design firm who provides one-stop services to both corporate & individual clients. 

• TAK WELL Eng. Co. Ltd. is an ISO9001 Certified contractor who provide full scale service in interior fit-out, specialized but not limited to retail and commercial fit-out.

Your Role

Depending on your experience level, you’ll:

• Take ownership of projects from site to delivery
• Coordinate contractors, schedules, site progress, and installation
• Communicate with designers, clients, suppliers, and vendors
• Solve site problems before they escalate
• Prepare reports, update progress, monitor cost and quality
• Guide or work with junior PMs / site coordinators

• Improve systems and drive workflow efficiency (for SPM)
  
   

How you should be:

• 2+ years (PM) / 4+ years (SPM) experience in interior fit-out / project management
• Confident on-site and able to work with contractors directly
• Skilled at reading drawings, coordinating with factory & site teams
• A clear communicator — solution-driven and detail-minded
• Able to mentor, support, and delegate to junior team members(for SPM)

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; written English for reports and coordination

• Someone who’s not just good at execution, but also sees the bigger picture
• Ready to lead a team and grow into a key management role
• Experienced in setting up workflow, solving system issues, and improving efficiency
• Able to balance site presence and office-based project leadership
• Experience in retail/commercial projects is a plus
• Overseas site meetings and inspections experience is a plus!
