Senior Retail Sales Associate/Retail Sales Associate (Brand: Cole Haan)

Responsibilities 職責:   

• Provide the excellent customer services in shop. 在店舖內提供專業的客戶服務。
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. 整理貨倉及貨品。
• Achieve team and individual sales targets. 達致店舖及個人銷售目標。
• Perform daily routine duties to store operations.負責店鋪日常營運。

 Requirements 要求:

• Form 5 or above with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin. 中五程度或以上及流利粵語、英語和普通話。
• Experience in luxury sector, preferably in luxury men shoe and leather goods. 具有零售行業經驗,有鞋和皮具經驗為優先考慮。
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. 主動積極及良好的銷售技巧.
•  A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 有責任感,團隊合作精神及良好的溝通能力。
• Mature and able to work independently. 能獨立工作。
• Handling customer’s complain and after sales service with strong CRM skills. 具有處理客戶投訴和售後服務的技能。
• Immediate available is highly preferred. 即時上班為優先考慮。
