Senior Solution Architect

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager to complement the presales team within Atos. In this role you will be responsible for describing and translating customer requirements and specifications into a Solution design that Atos can provide to customers and support effectively.

You will be working across multiple disciplines in a highly collaborative team; adding your particular knowledge to the team collective.

Responsibilities:

• Define an overall Solution Architecture for tender responses from end to end; and within a particular solution domain on larger deals.
• Translate customer specifications and requirements into coherent, well performing and cost effective solution architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams for end-to-end solutions by ensuring all elements of the design are integrated into an architecturally compliant solution.
• Align with Atos portfolio offerings and standards as part of the solution design process and leverage accordingly.
• Present the solution designs to internal governance boards as part of the response process, and the customer as required in workshops.

Requirements:

• Solid background in Solution Management and Architecture (5 years+)
• Experience in presales and responding to RFI/RFP
• Working for IT Managed Service Providers and blended onshore / offshore virtual teams
• industry knowledge of trends and how to innovatively apply them in order to shape and build out solutions
• Experience of working on tender responses > 5 million Euro.
• Exposure to more than one IT domain such as: Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Management, Networking, Workplace Services.
