Senior Technical Specialist

Background
CISD (ASIA) CO., LTD. is one of Itochu Corporation (*) Group Companies, which provides total IT solutions to support various Itochu business activities in all over the world.
We provide SAP service to over 50 companies all over the world. Also, we have various services, in-house developed application systems, Network & Infrastructure and IT security services to global Itochu group companies.

Job Duties

• Manage and operate multi-layer aspects of company IT infrastructure including public cloud services, on-premises network equipment monitoring and users support.
• Cooperate with other teams/departments and/or other teams from group companies to provide modernize Cloud Infrastructure solution to accomplish project objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage company environment data networking and telecommunications. (Includes supports for group companies within the same office space)
• Support headquarter office's request for audit related information gathering and security assessment
• Regular system maintenance and patch management.
   

Requirements

• The Hong Kong resident or a person with Hong Kong work permit
• Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication skill and Interpersonal skill with all related parties, such as colleagues, project members, customers and suppliers etc.
• Well organized, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently with strong team spirit
• Solid experience in cooperate networking such as: L2/L3 layer switches, firewall, vpn, Wi-Fi, etc
• Solid experience in both infrastructure hardware such as server hardware, backup hardware, network hardware
• Solid experience in Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Security Solution, M365 Admin, Intune management and other Cloud Infrastructure Solution.
• Strong problem management, trouble shooting skills and security mindset
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Windows Server system and network support
   

Preferred:

• Experience with Enterprise Linux
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platform such as VMware, Hyper-V
• Experience with scripting for server administration (VBS/.NET/PowerShell/Linux batch script, etc)
• Experience in Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud Platform
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin
