Shop Assistant/Supervisor 店務助理/主任

We are seeking dedicated candidates to join our expansion as we establish Hashtag B as Hong Kong's next generation premium bakery brand.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We require detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to ensure operational excellence across our retail locations. Successful candidates will maintain our exacting quality standards while delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute daily operational procedures according to company standards
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store hygiene and tidiness
• Support inventory and store management processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Cantonese; working proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
• Commitment to professional excellence and accountability
• Collaborative capabilities in high-performance team environments
• Immediate availability preferred
• Previous customer services and retail experience are preferred
