Shop Supervisor (Fashion Accessories – Handbag)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the shop independently
• Monitor stock level, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and implementation of promotion programs
• Responsible for staff matters including staff rostering, on-the-job training and  performance reviews
• Lead the team to provide quality service and promote a positive working environment
• Motivate the team and initiate action plan to achieve sales targets
• Assist in other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience retail sales experience with 1-2 years in supervisory level
• Good leadership skills with the ability to train and direct a team to exceed sales targets;
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent and multitasking
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
