Sourcing Manger/ Head (based on experience)

Job Description:

-Direct reporting to the CEO and work closely with Suppliers and clients.

- Responsible for sourcing a company's strategic supply partners.

- Develop New Suppliers in US and Europe.

- Evaluate sourcing procedures, present improvement strategies for senior management approval.

- Analyze and calculate procurement costs and research and develop cost reduction strategies.

- Manage supplier agreements from initial negotiations through supplier development and audit activities.

- Perform market research, including market dynamics, industry demands, and competitive intelligence.

- Leadership experience is plus.

- Business Travel to US/Europe is required up to 10-15%.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline

- Least 10+ years of relevant industry sourcing experience, Machinery or Industrial Equipment is preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and mandarin

- Knowledge of import sourcing practices / procedures

- Knowledge of global supplier base and strong supplier development experience

- Knowledge of how to create desirable customers experiences

- Strong experience in supplier development

- Excels at relationship management

- Strong negotiator and be able to guide team on successful win-win negotiations
