Speech Therapist (Part time/ Freelance)

Are you a dedicated Speech Therapist with a focus on supporting preschool and school-age children in their communication development? We are looking for a part-time Speech Therapist to provide assessments, therapy, and educational support to children in individual and group settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct relevant assessments and provide tailored treatment for preschool and school-age children in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Offer on-site Speech Therapy services for school projects in special schools, primary, and secondary schools.
• Prepare professional documents such as assessment reports and progress updates.
• Deliver professional talks and training sessions for caregivers and teachers to enhance communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences from a local university or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
• Preferred experience in supporting special schools, preschools, or school-age children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide speech therapy services to children.
• Conduct workshops, talks, or seminars to educate caregivers and teachers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design individual care and education plans.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and future plans.
