Lectronis a market leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, driven by an unwavering commitment to innovation. We offer best-in-class solutions for all charging standards, including charging stations, portable chargers, and adapters. Today, at least 15% of all EV drivers in the US own at least one Lectron product.

We design, manufacture, and sell our own range for the EV industry both online and in-store across the US. With over 60% of our sales generated from online marketplaces, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our entire Logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise re-ordering, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Continuously review and enhance supply chain processes.
• Supervise warehouses in North America, Europe, and China.
• Identify and improve various key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects with other teams and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Logistics Associate.
