Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer sales orders with various internal/external parties and fulfil order with optimal solution.
• Ensure that all orders are processed on time by the factory/warehouse and according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factories, 3PL and forwarders; and resolve any logistic-related issues to ensure adherence to customer ship plan.
• Provide necessary product, order or stock information to customers and handle ad hoc inquiries.
• Update shipping information in customer order management portal and maintain accurate data in ERP system from order to cash process.
• Work with regional planner to ensure appropriate stock levels at the warehouse to meet customer demand.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge in SEA/AIR freight, import/export customs procedures, incoterms, payment terms (TT, LC…), shipment bookings and shipping documentation (COO, form E/K…).
• Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving, detail oriented and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Highly organised and motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERPs.
• Knowledge of Small Domestic Appliance/Cookware products and PO Management (Infor Nexus, SPS commerce,…) is an advantage.
