Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with oversea suppliers including US and Europe for pricing, delivery and product quality
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives
• Manage and validate the completeness and accuracy of shipping documents
• Work closely with other branches in China and South East Asia
• Monitor inventory levels for new products launches
• Monitor overall inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory in each region
• Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs
• Perform any ad hoc duties or assignments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience
• Results-driven, flexible with good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Good service mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy for using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
