RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guarantee the full availability of goods ensuring that the inventory is balanced and aligned with targets: Quantity, Quality and Stock
• Financing according to the Global Supply Chain Strategy for assigned categories or vendors.
• Maintain the relationship with Global Category Management: Coordination meeting by category
• Manage planning, purchasing & ordering process for categories or vendors in scope
• Follow-up purchase orders placed and flow of orders
• Generate and analysis of accurate information for the collaborative plan.
• Monitoring Return / Destruction / Claims process & status
• Local custom clearance requirement and transform to vendor
• Analyze current process and identify areas of improvement which could be within and outside your scope. (CPI)
• Project management: lead and drive Assigned project within Supply Chain ensuring that the Project is delivered on Time and within cost.

REQUIREMENT

• Experience in Supply and Demand Planning and Forecasting and negotiating with International Suppliers.
• Familiar with demand forecasting and planning tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar field.

• Fluent English – written and spoken; other languages would be an asset

Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager.
