Senior Learning & Development Officer/ Learning & Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full spectrum of Learning & Development functions including but not limited to in-house training, seminars and external training classes

• Conduct training needs analysis and organize learning and development activities to meet company mission

• Prepare training report analysis and keep all training records up-to-date

• Plan, design, organize and evaluate full cycle training activities to support business development and manage each delivery timeline

• Develop and execute customer service programs, work together with different business units to enhance the brand service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve the sales and service goals

Requirements:

• University Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent

• Hands-on training experience in Retail industry will be definitely an advantage

• At least 4 years of solid experience in training and development field

• Proactive learner with positive and can do attitude

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to details and flexible

• Proficient in video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing

• Immediately available is preferred

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Learning & Development Officer
