Junior Transportation Officer

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the daily fleet management operations;
• Oversee the job-tracking and deployment of the fleet staff;
• Plan and manage computerized information systems for logistics control and record keeping;
• Develop and implement the standard operating procedures, service schedules, quality control, and continuous improvement programs;
• Evaluate contractor, vendor, and supplier contract performance;
• Manage subcontractors to achieve standards set out by the company;
• Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review;
• Work closely with customer service to eliminate customer complaints;
• Data entry, filling, follow up orders.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of English and Cantonese native speaker
• Proactive, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills and good team player;
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Work Location: Kwai Chung
