Event Executive / Senior Event Executive

• To be responsible for running a range of hybrid, physical and virtual events and exhibitions   
• To produce events to customers with the support of our highly talented team
• To be a story teller to pitch and present creative proposals
• To actively promote the Group's services to existing and new customers, and to achieve the financial target set by the business unit
• To serve and manage retained clients and to develop sales lead assigned by superiors from pitching phase to closing off the deal
• To handle client and project management, inclusive of obtaining client's project requirements, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation
• To brief production, liaise with stakeholders and interoffice departments to ensure smooth operation & high standard in order to meet the group's target & expectation
• To assist the superior to manage & cultivate the development of subordinates, improve the team & business process and provide guidance & support to subordinates 

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• Degree holder or above, preferable in event management or creative discipline
• With relevant working experience in agency, exhibition or event company
• Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible
• Proven time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities
• Effective problem solver who is able to think laterally and ensure continuity of service
• Good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Event Executive
