Quantity Surveyor (QS/82/240)

• Assist in vetting tender or contract documents
• Assist in preparation of contractual, claims
• Preparation of sub-contract document

Responsibilities:

• Assist in vetting tender or contract documents;
• Assist in preparation of contractual, claims & dispute solving;
• Preparation of sub-contract document;
• Settlement of variation and final accounts;
• Assist in handing arbitration and litigation cases
• Five-day work week

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field;
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an added advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor)
