Senior Officer - Digital Platform (CRM, APP & Partnership)

Role objective:

Manage Member Recruitment (Engagement and Reactivation Program),Frontline & APP excellence, and Tenant relationship and Partnership

Responsibilities:

Member Recruitment, Engagement and Reactivation Program

• Execute member recruitment, engagement and reactivation programs and make sure a smooth operation
• Maintain and execute member communication calendar
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance, consolidate data, and prepare post-campaign reports to provide insights

Frontline and APP excellence

• Support the frontline to handle enquiries & complaints and to solve problem.
• Assist in APP enhancement projects, from requirement elicitation to deployment, in order to improve the user experience
• Execute the system set-up for activities by digital platform team

Tenant Relationship and Partnership

• Liaise with both tenants & external partners for member benefits & privileges
• Support for the execution of the partner/tenant collaboration plan

Requirements:

• 2 years of solid experience in CRM management with proven record in digital transformation or delivering impactful digital product feature.
• Experience in shopping center and chain store will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work independently & in an efficient manner
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and detail-minded
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English & Cantonese *Mandarin is a plus.
