Part-time Administration & Operations Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and assist in the daily/weekly operation of Administration and Operation;
• Support on the preparation, submission, recording & filing of import & export shipping and banking documents;
• Support showroom activities and sample administration during the seasonal sale campaign period for Wholesales Department;
• Completes ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the line manager from time to time

Job Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Highly organized and flexible, demonstrates traits of patience with people and deadlines, persistence, pursuit of accuracy
• Occasional work out of office when necessary
• Able to work average 2 - 3 days per week (Mon - Fri)
