高級廚師Demi Chef (Ref. No.:CAT-DEMI-0003-CTG-20240919)

主要職責Key Duties

• 協助/處理烹飪，包括準備食材、調味、食品制作、食具等工作
  Assisting in / handling kitchen production, including ingredients, seasoning, food preparation, cooking ware, etc.
• 協助及處理廚房日常按時運作，包括生/熟食品處理、有效期檢核、購貨/收貨/存貨整理等
  Assisting & coordinating daily tasks of kitchen operation in a timely manner, including raw / cooking food handling, expiry date check, placing / checking / storing food orders, etc.
• 確保定期清潔廚房工作區，包括廚房設備和用具的保養和整潔，以達到本院所制定的環境衞生及安全標準
  Conducting regular cleaning of respective cooking station area, including kitchen facilities & cooking ware, according to the cleanliness, sanitation & safety standard of the Hospital

入職要求Entry Requirement

• 2年或以上相關工作經驗
  2 years or above relevant experience
• 具有醫院、酒店、會所等餐飲經者驗優先
  Catering exposures in hospitals, hotels, clubhouses, etc. an advantage
• 具良好的食物處理及廚務衛生及安全知識
  Good understanding in food hygiene & food safety
• 良好粵語及簡單英語
  Good Cantonese & simple English
• 需輪班工作及穿著制服
  Work shifts required. Uniform to be provided.
