(Senior) Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales ;
• Development, maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market;
• Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation ;
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.). Manage creative & media agencies to develop brand communication and implementation plans ;
• Manage the Brand PnL and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI ;
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes ;
• Work closely with other departments (operation, business development, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration ;
• Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in marketing and branding, preference will be given to those who are from F&B, retail ;
• Solid brand development background. Able to demonstrate successful track record in brand building and designing successfully strategies and campaigns based on consumer insights with strong business acumen ;
• Proven record in building successful brands and new product launches will be an advantage ;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools ;
• Strong ability to influence and build professional relationships ;
• In-depth knowledge of the China market is an asset ;
• Excellent written & oral communication (written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin) , presentation & interpersonal skill ;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive or more senior position
