Senior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies in line with business and marketing objectives
• Create varieties feature story of beauty products in different online platforms
• Develop engaging content and assure content excellence for marketing channels including website, blogs and social media platforms
• Project management from creative concept, to development and production
• Keep up to date with latest social marketing trends, popular culture and hot topics
• Maintain daily operations for social media channels on content creation, scheduling, ad planning, monitoring and reporting in Chinese & English
• Capable to handle the Ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Graduate of degree related discipline with social media or video content production experience is a PLUS
• 5+ years experiences in Cosmetics (FMGC)
• Excellent English and Chinese writing and editing skills
• Impressive storytelling skills
• Knowledge in Photoshop
• Experience as a Beauty Editor in Beauty Magazine is preferable
• Strong marketing sense and proficient social media knowledge
• Photo/Video shooting skills for online platform is a MUST
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Willing to have frontline exposure occasionally in shooting is an advantage
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
• Good team player with a positive work attitude and well organised
• Willing to work during weekend and public holiday
• Willing to travel to PRC
• Attentive to details
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
