Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities: 

• Order follow up from salesman sample to bulk (Strong in denim, woven items)
• Cost negotiation
• Organize fit meeting between designer and gmt technician, ensure all detailed/accruate information passed to vendors for production
• Monitor on-time delivery for salesman sample & bulk
• Ad-hoc project may be required

Job Requirements: 

• Practical merchandising experience that contributes to fit approval, development of new shape, best costing and right material is an advantage
• Self-motivate, detailed-orientated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style.  Able to work under pressure calmly
• Good management skills in communication, co-ordination and overall controlling of order progress from sourcing, sample development to production monitoring
• Willing to travel to China factory occasionally
• More experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
