Technical Support (IT)

ABOUT THE JOB

The IT Support will be responsible for the following duties:

• Daily operate and maintain organization's networks and servers.
• Monitor network activities and conduct network optimization.
• Conduct and review network security policies.
• Provide support and training to Project staff regarding concerned systems and applications.
• Conduct operations and maintenance on IT assets.
• Liaise with local IT service providers/vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field.
• At least 2 years related working experience in technical support and networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft software.
• Knowledge in Windows and its server environment (MS SQL, Apache, Samba, etc.).
• Familiar with Window application, LAN and WAN internetworking environment.
• Holding of CCNA will be advantage.
• Proactive, self learning, strong problem solving and analytical skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command of oral and written English; fluency in at least one minority language and/or ability to communicate in Chinese is a distinct advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural working environment.
• Requires field work.

• 熟悉Window應用程式、LAN和WAN網路環境。
• 持有CCNA將優先考慮。
• 積極主動，自學能力強，解決問題和分析能力強。

其他要求：

• 良好的英語口語和書面能力；流利至少一種少數民族語言和/或用中文溝通的能力是一個明顯的優勢。
• 懂電腦。
• 擁有在跨文化工作環境中工作的經驗。
• 需外勤工作
