Senior Account Executive - Travel Media Platform (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, handle client inquiries, and manage all sales-related documentation.
• Oversee the entire sales post-production process, including preparing and following production schedules, communicating with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring job completion.
• Prepare and update company decks, including the media kit, advertising rate card, and other necessary presentations.
• Collaborate with clients on their campaigns, starting from concept development, handling pitches, preparing proposals, managing campaign logistics, and preparing post-campaign reports.
• Assist the team in handling part of the sales services and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing-related field; previous experience in sales, business development, or account servicing within a travel media platform is advantageous.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Account Executive role.
• Knowledge of the airline, travel, and media & advertising industries.
• Passion for travel is preferred.
• Proficiency in social media platforms is essential.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented, outgoing, and a team player, with a strong customer focus, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint & Keynote is a must
• Immediate availability is preferred
