Boutique Manager

Hearts On Fire, a renowned premium diamond jewelry brand, is seeking a passionate Boutique Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts of our Hong Kong store while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Own

• Responsible for managing the overall boutique operation including sales achievement, people management, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising and store maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service based on customer experience and convey the brand image and spirit.
• Work with Retail Director to design and lead business strategies in driving boutique sales achievement. Analyze sales performance by reviewing sales report and conducting competitive/ market analysis.
• Supervise, inspire, and coach the team for their individual performance and development.
• Communicate and partner with P&C on Recruitment, Performance Management, People Development, and employee engagement.
• Create and promote positive and harmonized working environment. Lead to increase employee retention / engagement.
• Ensure boutique operations are in line with company standard procedures and policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with office teams in executing operations related to stock management, marketing, visual merchandising, retail training.
• Review the operation procedure on a regular basis to optimize efficiency.
• Assure proper brand image and excellent customer experience are well delivered according to brand standards.

Who Will Thrive

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience of which 5 years or above in retail managerial position gained from luxury retail.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Jewelry related certificates preferred.
• Strong sense of luxury service mindset, with knowledge of CRM and excellent clienteling skill.
• Team spirit, collaborative, strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong analytical skills and a business mindset.
• Proven people management experience in staff coaching and team management.
