Administrative Executive (Mediation Services)

Responsibilities:

• Administer the mediation cases and handle enquiries including but not limited to mediation services 
• Provide administrative support in relation to the mediation services such as managing the data base and panel list of mediators
• Arrange and participate in meetings of committees and working parties such as drafting agenda and minutes 
• Assist in organising various events and activities for promoting mediation
• Carry out ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university, preferably in Law, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 year relevant experience, having worked in professional body or legal industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and high level of integrity
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
