Responsibilities:
- Administer the mediation cases and handle enquiries including but not limited to mediation services
- Provide administrative support in relation to the mediation services such as managing the data base and panel list of mediators
- Arrange and participate in meetings of committees and working parties such as drafting agenda and minutes
- Assist in organising various events and activities for promoting mediation
- Carry out ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university, preferably in Law, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2 year relevant experience, having worked in professional body or legal industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and high level of integrity
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Established in 1999, Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) is the first professional mediation organisation recognised as a charitable institution in Hong Kong. It has more than 1,000 members from various professional sectors and plays a leading role in the mediation industry.
