Position Overview:
As a Senior Python Developer at our blockchain fintech cybersecurity infrastructure platform provider, he will be a pivotal member of our development team. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions. Your expertise in Python programming, blockchain technology, and cybersecurity will be instrumental in advancing our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative features, ensure code quality, and drive the continuous improvement of our platform, particularly focusing on the integration and optimization of blockchain technology as outlined in our business plan.


Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and related technologies, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Your work will support the facilitation of search, information, and coordination within our blockchain ecosystem.
• Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with blockchain architects and engineers to integrate blockchain technology into our platform, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing and data storage. This includes leveraging our Dynamic Service Involvement Protocol (DSIP) and virtual Validating, Matching, and Marketplace Space. - System Architecture: Contribute to the design and development of the platform's architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability. Your contributions will align with our goal of creating a quasi-monetary system that facilitates content creation, validation, and marketplace functions.
• Security Measures: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, including encryption, access controls, authentication, and secure coding practices. This is crucial given the decentralized nature of our platform and the need for strict confidentiality.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code. Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects, ensuring the integrity of our blockchain infrastructure.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks, fine-tuning software components, and improving system efficiency. This includes enhancing the efficiency-inducing operating environment of our platform.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and cybersecurity experts, to understand requirements, contribute to solution design, and effectively communicate technical concepts. Your role will be integral in aligning technical solutions with our business objectives.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users or internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective support. Your expertise will help maintain the seamless operation of our blockchain ecosystem.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation. This will support the transparency and usability of our platform.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update your knowledge of Python, blockchain technology, fintech trends, and cybersecurity best practices, applying relevant knowledge to enhance our platform. Your ongoing learning will contribute to the innovative edge of our business.
   

Minimum entry requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience (2 years) as a Python developer, preferably in the artificial intelligence or cybersecurity domains.
• Strong expertise in Python programming language and related frameworks such as Flask and Django, essential for developing robust and scalable software solutions.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum and Hyperledger, crucial for integrating blockchain solutions into our platform.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including data encryption, access controls, and secure coding practices, to ensure the security and integrity of our software solutions.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, version control systems such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance platform performance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
   

Monthly salary (HK$) and major fringe benefits to be offered:

• 55,000 Salary
• Rental Allowance (capped at $20,000 HKD)
• Vested Equity Options (Exercise price to be disclosed to the applicant upon application.)
